Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Intern to assist our business development team with lead generation, cold calling, and client outreach activities. This role offers hands‑on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
• Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
• Schedule meetings and follow‑ups with potential clients.
• Support the sales team with market research and prospect identification.
• Track outreach activities and prepare basic sales reports.
