Sales Supervisor | FMCG Industry

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives to hit daily and monthly performance goals and volume targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure 100% product availability, superior merchandising, and strict FIFO compliance.
• Track team activities via HHT (Hand‑Held Terminals), ensuring accurate reporting, database management, and troubleshooting.
• Supervise local stores and depots, analyzing performance and ensuring high standards of vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Resolve retailer complaints immediately and assist the team in negotiating deals and expanding the client base.

Requirements

• 3‑4 years of solid FMCG Supervisory experience (Bakery or Food sector highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in sales tools, execution techniques, and retail strategies.
