Job summary

Club Mahindra in India seeks a Relationship Manager to drive holiday membership sales, upgrade existing members, and present compelling proposals to prospects.

You will deliver strong customer service, build lasting client relationships, and work toward ambitious targets while identifying new business opportunities across our resort network.

The role involves engaging with members, coordinating with the sales team, and traveling as needed to meet goals across properties.

• Contact existing holiday membership holders, explain the benefits of upgrading to a higher plan, and persuade them to upgrade
• Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment
• Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales
• Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
• Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
• Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
