Job summary

RHI Magnesita seeks a proactive Sales Refrac Serv/Clerk/Sup Supervisor for Sales Refractory services at Mukand- Thane, India, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on managing site operations, coordinating shifts, and ensuring adherence to safety standards in a steel plant environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in ceramics/metallurgy or industrial engineering, with at least 5 years in steel plant refractory work, ladle or furnace lining, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related fields like ceramics, metallurgy, Industrial Engineering etc.
• Min 5 years of experience in Steel plant refractory with basic knowledge about Steel making process, ladle lining, furnace lining & operations, maintenance etc.
• Manpower handling in shifts, communication within the team, interact with customer whenever needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforce & adhere to site safety rules & PPE’s for self & workforce.
• Manage shift & coordinate with customer, RHIM team members & other resources
• Adhere to the SOW for respective aggregates & report in case of any deviations.
• Attending On Site Discussion / problems, preparing preliminary technical reports.

We are seeking a candidate with relevant knowledge of handling shift in site services specially with good knowledge of furnace, ladle lining Refractories in steel plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution of the timeline specific job, communication between the teams, handling manpower etc. Sincerity & self-motivated guy is the primary requirement.
