Job summary

RHI Magnesita N.V. in Gurugram requires an experienced Exim professional to manage export operations, documents, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and CSR teams.

The role emphasizes SAP-based processing, accuracy in shipping documentation, and proactive shipment planning. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5–10+ years in Exim, has strong MS Office skills, and understands customs clearance intricacies.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Exim experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Basic technical education/certification on Exim is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Export.
• Goods analytical skills & customs clearance understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Run the Export Commercial Inv. & Packing list in SAP on a daily basis.
• Send export documents to CHA for checklist verification and approval.
• Check draft BL and give approval.
• Prepare and send label Excel files to Dispatch Team.
• Share FCL/LCL shipment info with freight forwarders per SFR.
• Send export documents to CSR daily.
• Coordinate with Planning Team for material readiness and shipment bookings.
• Monitor shipment status daily for timely dispatch.
• Maintain records of export documents and submit to Accounts.
• Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP for export freight forwarder and CHA payments.
• Prepare and maintain SOB details and report on first working day of each month.
• Post Customs Clearance Service Charge invoices in SAP.

Position based in: Gurugaon

Your role

• Minimum qualification: Commercial/Economics/ Business Administration is must; Basic technical education would be an added advantage.
• Run the Export Commercial Inv. & Packing list in SAP System on Daily basis.
• Sending export documents to CHA for checklist verification and approval.
• Check draft BL and give approval.
• Preparing and sending label Excel files to the Dispatch Team.
• Sharing FCL /LCL shipment arrangement information with freight forwarders as per SFR.
• Sending export documents to the CSR team daily.
• Coordinating with the Planning Team regarding material readiness and arranging shipment bookings accordingly.
• Monitoring shipment status daily to ensure timely dispatch of export consignments.
• Maintaining proper records of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, and Bill of Lading) and submitting them to the Accounts Department.
• Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in the SAP system for export freight forwarder and CHA-related payments.
• Preparing and maintaining SOB details and submitting the report on the first working day of every month.
• Posting Customs Clearance Service Charge invoices in the SAP system.

About you

• 5-10+ years of experience in Exim.
