Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to drive partner onboarding and enablement processes, with a focus on oral communications and stakeholder coordination. The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience, including training, LMS administration and client relationship management.

You will manage training demand planning, scheduling and delivery across regions, ensure data accuracy in LMS, and support AI-enabled learning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management for training programs and enablement
• Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners
• Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance management
• Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests
• Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs
• Coordinate stakeholders, facilitators and delivery teams
• Review training scores and develop corrective action plans
• Deliver reporting, analytics and improvement recommendations
• Support AI enabled learning, scheduling and seller support solutions
• Ensure LMS data accuracy and SLA compliance
• Manage day to day learning operations and issue resolution
• Serve as SME or point of contact for assigned activities
• Drive continuous improvement and alignment with business priorities
