Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager in India to lead a hands-on, high-ownership role supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization.

You will optimize Salesforce-driven processes, automate data workflows, and drive pipeline quality with BDR and AE teams, enabling scalable growth. The role emphasizes data hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and cross-system integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing, data warehouse).

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including reports, dashboards, data models, and automation.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data structures, CRM hygiene, attribution, routing, data governance, and large-scale data management.
  • Direct experience partnering with BDR/SDR and Account Executive teams, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, quotas, pipeline management, and conversion processes.
  • Experience supporting Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist go-to-market models is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a player-coach role, with the ability to manage a team, offshore resources, or contractors while remaining actively involved in hands-on operational work.
  • Strong technical ability to build lightweight automation using Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, APIs, or similar technologies.
  • Experience integrating or working across Salesforce and other business systems such as HubSpot, Gong, billing platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline analytics, performance measurement, and operational metrics.
  • Ability to work confidently with large datasets while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a root-cause-oriented approach to diagnosing operational and system issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn manual processes into scalable, repeatable, and well-documented workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to sales leadership and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a Sales Operations team for Salesforce admin, reporting, automation, and support.
  • Own the operational infrastructure for Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist go-to-market.
  • Manage BDR operations: workflow standards, prioritization, discovery processes, and playbooks.
  • Design workflows for high-priority leads, inbound routing, Product Qualified Accounts, and sales‑assist opportunities.
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce operations: data hygiene, ownership, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process management.
  • Build reporting to track Pro-to-Enterprise conversion, pipeline quality, and gaps.
  • Develop attribution logic and reliable data foundation for accounts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Execute large-scale data ops: ownership changes, deduplication, remediation.
  • Maintain data sync across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing, and data warehouse.
  • Build lightweight automation using Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, APIs.
  • Manage weekly sales reporting, pipeline reviews, forecasting inputs.
  • Translate sales data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to boost productivity.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks and enablement for new workflows.
  • Collaborate with BDR and AE teams to improve execution and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance and flag data/process issues.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in India.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role supporting the operational backbone of a B2B SaaS sales organization. You will help scale a Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist model by improving processes, systems, data quality, and sales productivity. The role combines Salesforce expertise, automation, analytics, process design, and people leadership in a true player-coach environment. You will work closely with BDR and Account Executive teams to strengthen pipeline execution, lead routing, conversion, forecasting, and operational consistency. Your work will directly influence how efficiently sales teams operate and how effectively prospects move from product engagement to enterprise opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales operations professional who enjoys turning complex, manual processes into scalable systems.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and coach a small Sales Operations team responsible for Salesforce administration, reporting, automation, and operational support.

  • Own the operational infrastructure supporting the Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist go-to-market model.

  • Manage BDR operations, including workflow standards, prioritization, discovery processes, and objection-handling playbooks.

  • Design and maintain workflows for high-priority leads, inbound lead routing, Product Qualified Accounts, and sales-assist opportunities.

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, account ownership, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process management.

  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track Pro-to-Enterprise conversion, sales coverage, pipeline quality, and operational gaps.

  • Develop attribution logic and maintain a reliable Salesforce account, lead, and opportunity data foundation.

  • Execute large-scale data operations, including ownership changes, lead routing, deduplication, data remediation, and other data-quality initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate data synchronization across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, billing systems, and data warehouse platforms.

  • Build lightweight automation using Salesforce Flows, scripts, CLI tools, scheduled jobs, and API-level integrations.

  • Manage weekly sales reporting, pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and forecasting inputs.
