Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Sales Operations specialist for Railway Transit in Gurgaon to drive distribution sales for fintech solutions on site. You will lead a growing team, define sales processes, and train staff to meet ambitious goals while expanding merchant onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in distribution sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. This full-time onsite role integrates with Paytm's Transit team to expand merchant partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Should have strong understanding of the local language.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and industry events.
• Education: Applicants must possess bachelor’s degree or above.

• 2+ yrs. of experience in Distribution sales in fintech, Banking/ Sales, EDC Sales.
