Job summary

Twaomev Cattle Feed – Right Stuff India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic Sales Officers with 2–5 years of sales experience to drive growth across Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.

You will develop the distributor and dealer network, expand retail/POS presence and build strong relationships with dairy farmers and channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market visits, monitoring competitor activity and ensuring product visibility and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in cattle feed, animal nutrition, dairy nutrition or allied industries.
• Strong understanding of the local cattle feed and dairy market.
• Existing distributor/dealer network is an advantage.
• Experience in developing dairy farmers and retail/POS networks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and generate consistent business from the territory.
• Identify, appoint and develop new distributors and dealers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers and channel partners.
• Increase retail/POS counters and improve product availability across the assigned market.
• Conduct regular market visits, farmer visits and customer-development activities.
• Generate new business through territory expansion and market penetration.
• Manage distributor/dealer sales, secondary sales and market coverage.
• Ensure strong product visibility, availability and brand presence.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections as per company policy.
• Maintain regular and disciplined sales and market reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers with relevant experience in the Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, increasing sales, strengthening the distributor and dealer network, expanding retail/POS presence and building strong relationships with dairy farmers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and generate consistent business from the territory.
• Identify, appoint and develop new distributors and dealers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers and channel partners.
• Identify and onboard large dairy farmers and progressive dairy farms as key customers.
• Increase retail/POS counters and improve product availability across the assigned market.
• Conduct regular market visits, farmer visits and customer-development activities.
• Generate new business through territory expansion and market penetration.
• Manage distributor/dealer sales, secondary sales and market coverage.
• Ensure strong product visibility, availability and brand presence.
• Conduct farmer meetings, dairy farm visits and product promotional activities.
• Collect farmer feedback and understand customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activity, market pricing and local market trends.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors and key customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and collections as per company policy.
• Maintain regular and disciplined sales and market reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition, Dairy Nutrition or allied industries strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local cattle feed and dairy market.
• Existing distributor/dealer network will be an advantage.
• Experience in developing dairy farmers and retail/POS networks.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Stable employment history preferred.
