Job summary

Yes Bank in Bengaluru, Karnataka invites an experienced Relationship Officer / Sales Officer to join our branch banking team. You will manage CASA portfolios, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.

You will develop and execute sales strategies to hit monthly targets for savings accounts, retail liabilities, and other banking products, while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with internal teams for smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.
• Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.
