Job summary

Yes Bank in Karnataka is seeking a candidate to focus on CASA account acquisition and cross-selling of financial products while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will ensure KYC compliance, adhere to bank policies, and contribute to timely MIS reporting and risk management.

Role emphasizes business formal attire and proactive customer sourcing in line with bank guidelines, with contact through HR for inquiries and resume submission.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of Quality CASA Accounts - qualified and activated NTB CASA accounts
• Acquisition of quality higher CASA variants
• Cross-sell revenue through Life Insurance, mutual funds, gold, trade/FX, and asset products
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Comply with Yes Personality guidelines and KYC requirements
• Adhere to bank policies and processes and manage operational risk
• Escalate issues impacting business and provide solutions
• Ensure safety and security of bank and customer assets
• Submit MIS reports in a timely manner

Role & responsibilities

• Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
• Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
• Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
• Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
• Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
• Comply with Banks policies and processes
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
