Job summary

Yes Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer to manage CASA portfolios, grow savings and retail liabilities, and deliver exceptional customer service at the Surat branch. The role requires 1–10 years of branch banking experience, solid CASA product knowledge, and proficiency with PAM software.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.
• Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.
