The role requires 1–10 years in branch banking, a solid understanding of CASA products, excellent rapport with customers, and proficiency with PAM software. You will drive monthly targets, deliver outstanding service, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in branch banking or similar role as a Relationship Officer or Sales Officer.
• Strong understanding of CASA products such as current accounts, saving accounts, and retail liabilities.
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using PAM (Portfolio Analysis Module) software.
