Role Description

The Sales Officer – CASA will be responsible for sourcing and opening Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) relationships, primarily through direct customer interactions and local market outreach. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into long-term banking relationships. Daily activities include explaining product features and benefits, cross-selling relevant banking services, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting branch-level sales campaigns.
