Job summary

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. is looking for an experienced sales professional with 5–7 years in hardcore FMCG sales or similar industries. The role involves driving volume, coordinating with branches and head office logistics, and ensuring strong market visibility.

The ideal candidate has Graduation and preferably an MBA. You will work to enhance distributor networks, monitor competitors, and relay market feedback to the Sales Manager in a dynamic field role within India.

• Initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in accordance with the companies policies & strategies.

Merchandising & Market intelligence:

• Ensure the display of new samples and convey the prices to new distributors & retailers.
• Ensure visibility of product placed at retailer counters.
• Inform competitors activities to the management immediately.
• Collect and convey market feedback about products to sales manager.

Liaisoning:

• Liaison with branch logistics & head office logistics to ensure an adequate stock.
