Job summary

Astral Pipes in Raigad, Maharashtra is seeking a field sales professional to drive distributor-led revenue. You will plan monthly sales territories, visit distributors, address scheme communications, and ensure timely provisioning of materials and promotions.

You will also promote the Vishwas App for order booking and work to resolve distributor and contractor queries. The role requires regular field visits, adherence to DRCP guidelines, and active effort to expand the distributor network while

Responsibilities

• Deriving sales from distributors as per DRCP.
• Prepare monthly territory plan to achieve targets.
• Assist distributors in achieving targets through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
• Adhere to DRCP as planned by TSM.
• Mark attendance in DRCP daily to validate visits of retailers and distributors.
• Convert visits into productive calls.
• Fulfill assigned outlets and distributors daily to meet KPIs.
• Assist distributors with contractor and end consumer queries.
• Provide information on Vishwas App and ensure orders go through Vishwas App.
• Ensure availability of material, services and promotions through coordination with stakeholders.
• Evaluate branding at identified counters and provide display boards/panels to maximize visibility.
• Connect with users at distributor locations to communicate product benefits and usages.
• Add new outlets per targets to enhance distributor network.
• Revive unproductive outlets through regular visits.
• Collect payments from distributors as per benchmarks and monitor outstanding amounts.
• Follow up on billing and order fulfillment in the system.
• Investigate distributor and customer complaints and escalate if needed.

Job description

• 1. Deriving Sales from distributor as per assigned DRCP.
• 2. Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
• 3. Assist distributors in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
• 4. Ensure to adhere DRCP strictly as planned by TSM.
• 5. Mark attendance in system through DRCP on daily basis to validate the number of visits of Retailers, Distributors, Applicators of the assigned areas and territories.
• 6. Ensure to convert visit into productive calls.
• 7. Ensure to fulfill assigned outlets and distributors on daily basis to complete desired KIs.
• 8. Assist distributors in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries
• 9. Provide information of Vishwas App and ensure all distributors book order through Vishwas App only.
• 10. Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the distributors through co-ordination with other stakeholders
• 11. Evaluate the branding potential at identified counters and subsequently providing of display board and panels to maximize visibility
• 12. Ensure to connect users directly at distributors places in order to communicate and understand their concern and give them right information about product benefits and content usages.
• 13. Ensure to add new outlets as per framed targets to enhance productivity of the assigned areas and number of Distributors.
• 14. Ensure to revive unproductive outlets since last 6 months and fetch business from by visiting regularly.
• 15. Ensure payment collections from distributors as per the set benchmarks
• 16. Monitor the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measure to minimize the over dues.
• 17. Follow-up on billing and fulfillment of orders in the system.
• 18. Understand Distributor complaints Investigate and resolve distributors level and customer level complaints within the defined timelines or elevate the same to higher authority if required.
