Job summary

Kuber Fertilizer & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic Sales Officers to expand our dealer and distributor network across agricultural markets in Madhya Pradesh.

You will conduct regular market visits, identify new dealers, and promote our fertilizers and crop nutrition solutions. As a field-oriented, target-driven professional, you will manage orders, assist in promotions, and build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors while reporting market trends and competition

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen the Dealer & Distributor Network
• Conduct regular market and field visits
• Identify and develop new markets and dealers
• Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations & product promotions
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Generate orders and ensure payment collection/recovery
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors & farmers
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market reports
• Support company promotional activities and market-development programs
