Job summary

Astral Adhesives is seeking a field sales professional in Uttar Pradesh to drive distributor sales and implement planned monthly objectives. You will work with distributors to meet targets, visit regularly, communicate schemes, and ensure timely material support.

The role emphasizes adherence to DRCP, daily attendance logging, and converting visits into productive calls while resolving distributor and customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Deriving Sales from distributor as per assigned DRCP.
• Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets.
• Assist distributors in achieving their overall sales target through regular visits, scheme communication and timely material service.
• Ensure to adhere DRCP strictly as planned by TSM.
• Mark attendance in system through DRCP on daily basis to validate the number of visits of Retailers, Distributors, Applicators of the assigned areas and territories.
• Ensure to convert visit into productive calls.
• Ensure to fulfill assigned outlets and distributors on daily basis to complete desired KIs.
• Assist distributors in providing solution to his contractors as well as end consumers for any complaints or queries
• Provide information of Vishwas App and ensure all distributors book order through Vishwas App only.
• Ensure availability of material, services and promotional tools to the distributors through co-ordination with other stakeholders
• Evaluate the branding potential at identified counters and subsequently providing of display board and panels to maximize visibility
• Ensure to connect users directly at distributors places in order to communicate and understand their concern and give them right information about product benefits and content usages.
• Ensure to add new outlets as per framed targets to enhance productivity of the assigned areas and number of Distributors.
• Ensure to revive unproductive outlets since last 6 months and fetch business from by visiting regularly.
• Ensure payment collections from distributors as per the set benchmarks
• Monitor the outstanding payments on regular basis and take measure to minimize the over dues.
• Follow-up on billing and fulfillment of orders in the system.
• Understand Distributor complaints Investigate and resolve distributors level and customer level complaints within the defined timelines or escape the same to higher authority if required.
