SOLO is an India-based remote role focusing on market development and strategic partnerships to drive real adoption of the platform across education and workforce ecosystems. The role emphasizes pilots, stakeholder engagement, and scalable channels rather than a traditional sales pipeline.
You will work with institutions, enterprises, and partners to demonstrate verified skills and portfolios, shaping adoption strategies and product feedback for growth.
SOLO is a learning-to-employment infrastructure platform that connects skills, real-world experience, credentials, and hiring.
Deployed across India, Qatar, Canada, the USA, and Europe, SOLO supports skills-first hiring and Learning & Employment Records (LERs), enabling institutions and employers to move beyond traditional degrees toward verifiable, skill-based talent pathways.
We are hiring a Market Development & Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive real adoption of SOLO across education and workforce ecosystems. This is not a traditional sales role—there is no fixed playbook or predefined pipeline.
Drive Market Entry & Partnerships
Identify and open strategic entry points across schools and universities, skilling organizations, and workforce and employer ecosystems.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Structure partnerships that lead to real deployments.
Design and close pilot-led engagements (1–6 months).
Convert conversations into live implementations.
Ensure pilots result in actual usage and outcomes.
Work closely with partners to ensure SOLO is actively used.
Support onboarding and remove friction in real-world usage.
Focus on outcomes: student portfolios, credentials issued, and skills captured.
Institutions: Student outcomes and skill portfolios.
Employers: Verified skills and talent readiness.
Partners: Infrastructure and integration value.
Identify and develop channels that can scale adoption, including ERP platforms, learning platforms, and institutional networks.
Turn early wins into repeatable growth models.
Capture what works and what doesn’t.
Provide continuous feedback to product and leadership.
Help shape positioning and roadmap based on real usage.
Active partner and institutional usage.
Real learner skill records and credentials.
At least one scalable channel.
3–10 years in EdTech, SaaS, skilling, or workforce ecosystems.
Experience with institutions, enterprises, or partnerships.
Track record in partnerships or program launches.
This is a remote position.
