This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with foundational sales experience, overseeing and expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network in Pan India

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to expand market reach.
• Drive sales and achieve targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products through the DSA channel.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to DSAs to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, ensuring their continuous engagement and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices by the DSA network.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to streamline processes and support sales efforts.
