The Role Responsibilities Strategy

The role is responsible for establishing direct & indirect acquisition channel for LAP, managing customer relationship for cross sell, upsell opportunities & portfolio quality, establishing and maintaining branch with profitability aligned with companys proposition.

Business

The role is responsible for loan book & revenue targets for the cluster for LAP & attached fee income products.

Risk Management

Ensure satisfactory ratings in all internal/external audits conducted at the branch.
