Unity Infotech Solutions LLC in Kochi, India, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in IT services, including staffing, managed services, and offshore outsourcing. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales and operates on a hybrid model.

You will focus on selling IT services to GCC-based enterprises, build pipeline with UAE & Bahrain teams, present solutions, and shepherd opportunities from needs discovery to closure across banks, public sector, and large corporates.

The company seeks a dynamic sales professional to join our sales team and drive growth in IT Service sales includes Managed services, staffing, offshore outsourcing, and other IT services.

Based in Kochi, India on a Hybrid model and reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales, the candidate will be responsible for selling the company's IT Services offerings to GCC based enterprises, including banks and financial institutions, government & public sector entities, and large corporates.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Develop the market for Unity's services portfolio
• Primary market focus: GCC - Current customer base as well as other enterprise entities
• Secondary market: Other non-GCC markets can be tried out based on individual familiarity
• Work with Account Mangers in UAE & Bahrain as per management guidelines
• Work directly with prospects in other geographies and take management advise for proceeding with identified opportunities
• Solution presentation, discuss requirements with senior client personnel, work out the solution fit in conjunction with SMEs, prepare proposal and stay involved till closure

Experience:

• Overall 6 - 10 years of sales experience
• At least 4 years' experience in promoting services solutions covering:

IT Staffing

Managed Services: Software development/reengineering, Application Support, Infra Management

Offshore Outsourcing Services

Generic IT Services

• 1 - 2 years' recent experience with GCC market
