Job summary

Signal Expert Global is seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role in Indore. The incumbent will drive both individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, conduct cold calling, and resolve client grievances across services, broking, and copy trading.

Strong communication and CRM skills are essential, with potential overseas travel. The position offers opportunities for rewards through monthly contests and trophies, plus quarterly and annual recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as client success, account management or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.
• Willingness for overseas travel as required.
