Job summary

Signal Expert Global is recruiting an energetic International Sales professional for a full-time, permanent role based in the office. You will acquire clients worldwide, explain trading terms, and manage risk while driving lead generation across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have graduate or postgraduate qualifications, strong communication skills, and knowledge of global markets (Forex & Comex). Experience in international sales and financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing, Global Markets, and Financial Services preferred.
• Knowledge of Global Market (Forex & Comex) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition & grievance handling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client acquisition & Grievance Handling.

Explain Trading Strategies, Company Terms, and Market Risk to the Clients.

Generate prospects on Daily Basis via Telephonic, Visual & Text conversations.

Conduct Risk Profile Management & Trading Strategies sessions with the clients.

Coordinate with Digital Marketing & Research Team to Service Best to the Clients.

Explore Global Market, Keep updated on current affairs to Serve Investors & Traders.

Achieve Monthly tasks via Client Acquisition on Generating Leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.

Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.

Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex &Comex)

Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
