Job summary

Future Point Management Services is seeking a Sales Manager - East to lead a large regional team in Kolkata. You will oversee Regional Managers, Area Managers and MRs, driving the eastern region's sales and business activities.

The role focuses on achieving targets, implementing sales and marketing strategies, conducting CMEs and promotions, and developing the team through training. Prior pharma sales exposure in the eastern region and graduates with up to 45 years are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a third line sales manager in pharma.
• Exposure to the eastern region.
• Graduates / B.Sc / B.Pharma / MBA preferred, age up to 45.

The Sales Manager -East will be responsible in managing a large team of Regional Managers / Area Managers / MRs.

Will be responsible for managing the sales & business activity of the entire eastern region based at Kolkata.

Will be responsible for achieving the overall sales targets , implement sales & marketing strategies , conduct CMEs & other sales promotion activities

Will be responsible in conducting periodic sales meets , develop & train the team , prepare MIS reports for the reference of the top management

Handle the supply chain - Stockists & C & F agents.

Candidate Should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as third line sales manager with a reputed pharmaceutical company. Should have in depth exposure of the eastern region.

Graduates /B.Sc / B.Pharma / MBA preferred , Age up to 45 yrs.

Compensation will be at par with industry standards and will not be a limiting factor for eligible candidates.
