Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, operating through its Dexis division, seeks a Manager Sales to grow direct sales and margins in North/South India. You will lead field sales, deliver training, and support IOS product lines within assigned accounts and territory, driving account-based growth and dealer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales or dental tech background, with a Bachelor’s in dental/engineering or equivalent, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• The Manager Sales – Dexis will perform field Sales, training and sales support functions for IOS commercial organization.
• Drive business in North/South India sales markets through account-based management, co-travel and events, building dealer relationships.
• Secure clinical support at office-level, provide education/training, co-host training/events and pursue new business development activities.
• Ensure seamless rollouts to enhance the customer-centric experience.
• Develop deep understanding of assigned IOS products and solutions and communicate value proposition to customers.
• Maintain monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Further responsibilities:

• Providing effective instruction on the company’s IOS Sales products and/or related services that will enhance the client’s organization.
• Need to have more frontliner sales responsibilities, working with both existing IOS customers and IOS prospects in an account-based management environment to drive business via co-travel and events and build dealer relationships.
• Secure clinical support at the office-level, support educational, technical hands-on assistance/training, co-hosting training/event and new Business development activities.
• Ensure seamless organizational rollouts to enhance the overall customer centric approach and experience.
• Ability to aggressively support new business. Pilots, and assist in closing business in assigned product portfolio with a time-sensitive sales cycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products with an overall knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products.
• Responsible for supporting new prospective IOS customers, cultivating/ maintaining customer base in an account-based management environment.
• Execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, North / South India sales markets and has an extended understanding of our product portfolio in a medical area, to achieve sales results.
• Has considerable understanding of our competitive landscape to compete in the market and achieve sales.
• Has strong communication skills and the ability to communicate our value proposition to customers, based on changing customer needs.
• Maintain a monthly Bowlers/ KPI’s for Sales Targets.

Desired work experience, education & skills

• A minimum of 5+ years of successful outside sales experience or a Dental Technician.
• Bachelor’s degree in dental, engineering or equivalent education

• Proficient using MS Office is an advantage.
