Job summary

Birla Carbon in India seeks a Deputy Manager to lead a sales team and drive life insurance sales through bank branches and bancassurance channels. You will build relationships with branch managers, monitor performance, and coach the team to improve sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–7 years of experience in insurance/bancassurance sales and team handling.
