Job summary

HR Central in Gurugram is seeking a Sales Manager – CTV to drive growth across Connected TV, OTT, digital video and programmatic advertising for North India.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build strategic brand and agency relationships, and close high-value deals in a fast-growing video advertising space. This on-site role requires 5+ years in digital media sales and a hunter mindset with strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Media Sales, CTV/OTT Sales, or Programmatic Sales.
• Strong relationships with brands and media/agency desks.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs).
• Consultative selling with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

We're hiring a Sales Manager – CTV to drive strategic business growth across Connected TV (CTV), OTT, Digital Media, and Programmatic Video Advertising for North India.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building brand & agency relationships and closing high-value deals in the fast-growing video advertising space.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Media Sales, CTV/OTT Sales, or Programmatic Sales
• Strong, established relationships with brands and media/agency trading desks
• Proven track record of closing high-value, high-impact deals
• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad tech platforms)
• Consultative selling approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A hunter mindset — comfortable driving new business, not just managing existing accounts
