Job summary

Abacus Consultants is seeking a target-driven loan sales professional to engage customers at builder/developer sites, pitch home loan products, and drive end-to-end processing. You will coordinate marketing and brand-building efforts to attract new clients and ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of files.

You will manage pre- and post-loan activities including credit analysis, document collection, risk assessment, and portfolio upkeep, while explaining requirements and credit decisions to

• Experience in home loan sales or lending.
• Ability to gather documents and assess credit.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on builder/developer site locations and pitch loan products.
• Conduct marketing, sales & brand building to attract new customers.
• Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets.
• Carry out pre- and post-loan activities: acquisition, renewal, financial analysis, risk assessment, presenting to sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing repayments.
• Obtain legal, credit and technical documents for loan proposals and resolve queries.
• Explain requirements, terms & conditions, procedures, payment duties, penalties, insurance etc.
• Inform clients about credit decision on their application.

• Meet customers on builder/ developer site locations and pitch our loan product offerings to them
• Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.
• Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned
• Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to the home loans, meaning: acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting the loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality.
• Getting legal, credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customers queries.
• Inform potential clients about the requirements, T&C of the home loan product, the procedures to obtain a loan, the importance of the payments on time, the penalties system in case of not paying on time, insurance, etc.
• Inform the client about the Credit decision on their application
