Deutsche Bank in Pune, India is seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to drive new business acquisition across instalment loan segments through open market channels. You will build and strengthen a robust network of direct sales agencies (DSAs) and manage their empanelment, while staying attuned to market trends and competitor activity.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate with internal teams, and mentor DSAs to achieve targets, with a focus on sustainable growth in the Indian market.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of product and policy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Awareness of market updates and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.
• Must maintain a strong network of DSAs (at least 10) with regular file discussions.

• Should have a strong network of DSA’s in the market - Atleast 10 DSA’s with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.
• Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.
