Siemens Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager for Mumbai region to drive growth across value-added partners and end customers. You will implement sales strategies, onboard partners, and manage presales activities to ensure revenue targets are met.

The role demands 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, strong relationship skills, and readiness to travel 60–70% of the time within the territory. Based in Mumbai, you will work with cross-functional teams to expand Siemens Building Products

Qualifications

• Experience in building products portfolio and HVAC/building solutions.
• Strong channel partner and end-customer relationship skills.
• Ability to meet yearly sales targets and forecast.
• Travel readiness and willingness to cover 60–70% of the territory.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the Value-added channel partner ecosystem defined by the business unit to attain defined sales targets with accurate forecasting.
• Identify and onboard new and effective solution partners and distribution partners in the region.
• Establish, maintain and improve relationships with value-added partners, resellers, system integrators and end customers in the region; support techno-commercial needs.
• Achieve assigned yearly sales targets (order intake and sales revenue) with a 95% month-on-month Do ratio; maintain CRM regularly (Salesforce is a plus).
• Ensure timely billing and collections in line with lead times; drive pipeline and win projects with consultants.
• Make scheduled monthly visits to key specifiers and promote Siemens portfolio from presales to closing stages.
• Support development of channel partners and provide presales/design support during initial stages.

Job Location: - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• The Sales Manager is essentially responsible for the correct implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in Value added channel partners eco-system defined by the business unit with a view to attaining a defined sales target with an accurate forecast.
• To support in identifying and onboarding new & effective Solution partner and Distribution partner in the region.
• To establish, maintain and improve on meeting the needs of the Value-added Partners, Resellers, System Integrator and End customers in the region and support for all techno commercial needs.
• To achieve the assigned yearly Sales targets (e.g. Order intake & Sales revenue) with a say to Do ratio of 95% month on month.
• Maintain and track the Sales funnel, to win projects and specification activities with identified consultants and create an advantageous situation for the projects in the Region with channel partners. Maintaining CRM regularly. Knowledge about CRM (like Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
• Achieve timely billing of Sales orders booked with reference to the lead time of the product and achieve the forecasted sales revenue target month by month.
• Achieve timely collection as per the collectable outstanding for the month with Channels/Customers and achieve the forecasted monthly collection target month by month.
• Make scheduled monthly visits to Key specifiers and closely work on Specifying Siemens products & system portfolio from the presales stages to create the pull for the portfolio.
• Support development of new channel partners in the Region and provide presales and Design support during initial stages to make them familiarize themselves with Building Products Portfolio.
• Travel will be an essential parameter for this role and require 60-70% of travelling within the assigned territory.
• Existing connects with the ELV System Integrators and resellers in the territory is must.
• Ideal Candidate Must have 10-15 years of B-B sales experience. Solution and consultative sales will be an added edge.

Product Knowledge: Any product mentioned below

Knowledge of Low Voltage Solutions selling including Building management system,

HVAC Products – Valves Actuators, BTU Meters, Chillers, Air Handling Unit, VFD Drives

Product USP's.

Application Know How on HVAC Solutions and capability to propose customized solutions.

Product Proficiency Required: Building management system, PICV, Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Stroke valve, Damper Actuator, Thermostat, Sensors, Field Devices.
