Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Candidate to join our real estate team, focusing on Pune location. Possess strong sales acumen to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships within the real estate sector.

Role and Responsibility

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically targeting Pune.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
• Coordination with clients and relationship Manager
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

3. Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
• Utilize online and offline channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

4. Administrative and Reporting:

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property viewings, inspections, and closing activities.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires frequent travel within Pune.
