Skillventory in Nagpur is seeking a proactive Insurance Advisor/Agent to recruit, onboard, and develop a network of agents across health and life insurance products. You will drive business growth through the agency/agent network and work toward monthly and annual sales and premium targets.

You will train agents on products and selling techniques, maintain strong agent and customer relationships, and identify new opportunities while ensuring compliant, quality business operations.

Formación

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Agency Sales preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Good understanding of local market and customer needs.
• Target-oriented with strong team-handling capabilities.
