Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is looking for an Agency Development Manager to join their team in Andheri, Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for recruiting and managing insurance advisors, generating business, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and preference will be given to those with experience in BFSI or related sectors. A graduate degree is required. This role offers a competitive salary between ₹4 LPA and ₹6 LPA.
