C. Dealer / Distributor / Fabricator Network
- Identify and appoint suitable dealers, distributors and system fabricators.
- Develop a strong regional channel network.
- Set territory-wise dealer targets.
- Develop relationships with aluminium fabricators and installers.
- Ensure regular dealer visits and business reviews.
- Monitor dealer stock, enquiries, orders and payment status.
