Job summary

Navya Mantra Hr Consulting is seeking a results-driven Equity Sales professional in India to develop and execute strategies to meet targets, build and lead a high-performing team, and manage P&L. You will nurture relationships with institutional clients, HNIs, and retail investors, promote a range of financial products, and stay abreast of market trends to provide timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (NISM certifications preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Equity sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Build his own Team & P&L.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), and retail investors.
• Promote and sell equity and related financial products, including stocks, Mutual funds, Insurance, ETFs and derivatives.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations.
• Identify and onboard new clients while retaining and expanding the existing client base.
• Collaborate with research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
• Manage, mentor and motivate team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
