Job summary

Dahua Technology India is seeking a Sales Manager - Product (LED Display) to drive growth across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The role demands deep expertise in Active LED, signage displays, IFPD, and AV solutions, with a focus on new business development and client servicing.

The candidate will lead regional sales initiatives, coordinate with technical teams for installations, and build strong corporate relationships to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of relevant experience in Active LED, Signage Displays, IFPD (Interactive Flat Panel Displays), and Audio-Video solutions.

Responsibilities

• Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development.
• Creating awareness in the market to increase sales, volumes and revenues.
• Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to attain sales targets and turnover.
• Assessing feedback and providing critical input on areas of improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Supporting the technical team for installation and other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Driving business growth regionally for sales.

• Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development.
• Creating awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and Revenues at the same time.
• Analyzing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets.
• Assessing feedback, evaluating and providing critical feedback on areas of improvement.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
• Assisting the technical team for installation & other Job Responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management
• Incumbent will be responsible for the business growth in the Region for sales.
