Prompt Weighing Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Weighing Automation to drive business growth and expand market presence. You will focus on sales and marketing of weighing scales, controllers, check weighers, bag filling machines, and related software across assigned territories.

The candidate will develop new markets, manage key accounts, and lead sales initiatives with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

• Manage opportunities from qualification to closure and payment follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demos, scoping, costing, and timelines.
• Maintain ERP updates on opportunities, forecasts, and next actions.

Manager- Sales

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Weighing Automation to drive business growth and expand market presence. The role will focus on sales and marketing of industrial automation and weighing solutions including- weighing scales, weighing controllers, check weighers , bag filling machines, and weighing software.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, managing key accounts and leading sales initiatives across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and meets or exceeds sales revenue target for Prompt Weighing and Packaging Systems product range in assigned territory.
• Identify prospective customers, build relationships with decision- makers and generate opportunities through prospecting, customer visits, referrals and industry networks.
• Map decision makers, technical users, influencers and commercial stakeholders within strategic accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline through direct customer engagement, referrals, consultants, OEMs, industry networks, exhibitions and channel partners.
• Manage opportunities from qualification and application assessment through site visits, solution development, proposal, negotiation, order closure and payment follow-up.
• Work with cross functional team to arrange relevant demonstrations, document requirements and obtain technical scope, costing inputs and implementation requirements within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and present commercial offers using approved technical inputs. Coordinate tender requirements, documentation and submission deadlines with technical teams and Finance.
• Keep ERP updated with opportunity value, stage, stakeholders, next action and expected closure date. Provide realistic forecasts and explain delays, losses and recovery actions.
