Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in weddings, hospitality, events, luxury retail, interior, architecture or lifestyle industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage and mentor a team of Wedding Sales Consultants. You'll drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and work closely with Design and Operations to deliver seamless wedding journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales metrics, improve conversions, and drive team performance.
• Handle client escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, and Operations teams for smooth execution.

• Track performance, identify process improvements, and share business insights with leadership.
