Job summary

Arivu Educational Consultants in Bangalore South is seeking a dynamic candidate to counsel students on courses and guide them through the purchasing journey. You will engage with students and parents, explain available programs, and document interactions in the CRM to support sales growth.

We look for a fresher with strong communication skills who can persevere in guiding students and has an understanding of how professional courses work. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Counsel students and parents about the courses and answer questions about the product/company.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• The candidate shall be responsible for Counseling Students and Parents about the Courses and answering any questions about the product/company.
  
• The candidate’s key role will be to update students in the CRM and go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  
• Ensure there is smooth communication between the students and Management.

• Someone who has strong communication skills and can persevere interested in speaking to, counseling, and guiding students.
