Job summary

Bisleri in Indore is seeking a Sales HRBP to manage end-to-end HR activities for the Sales workforce. The role partners with Sales leadership to drive manpower deployment, engagement, compliance and HR operations for the field sales teams.

The candidate should have 3–6 years in Sales HR, preferably in FMCG/retail or related fields, with a hands-on approach balancing business needs and HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales HR, preferably in FMCG, Beverage, Retail, Pharma or field-sales environments.
• Hands-on HR professional who can balance business needs and HR processes with Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manpower planning & recruitment for Sales teams, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and vacancy closure.
• HR partnering: act as the HR SPOC for Sales employees and managers.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs with accuracy.
• Coordinate Sales incentives and PMS processes and goal setting.
• Oversee off-roll workforce, vendors, attendance and documentation.
• Identify training needs and coordinate induction and capability-building.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and communication for Sales staff.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS covering manpower, attrition, attendance, incentives and other metrics.
• Manage transfers, confirmations, promotions and exits.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales HRBP to manage end-to-end HR activities for the Sales workforce at Indore. The role will partner closely with Sales leadership and employees to ensure effective manpower deployment, employee engagement, HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Plan manpower requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and vacancy closure for Sales teams.
• HR Business Partnering: Act as the HR SPOC for Sales employees and managers; provide HR solutions aligned with business needs.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, employee connects, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
• Attendance & Payroll: Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Incentives & PMS: Coordinate Sales incentive inputs and support the Performance Management System, goal setting and review processes.
• Off-roll Workforce: Manage contractual/off-roll employees, manpower vendors, attendance, documentation and related HR processes.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate induction, capability-building and development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement, recognition and communication initiatives for the Sales workforce.
• HR MIS & Analytics: Prepare and maintain HR MIS covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, attendance, absenteeism, incentives and other key HR metrics.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage transfers, confirmations, promotions, exits and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies, processes and applicable statutory requirements.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales HR, preferably from FMCG, Beverage, Retail, Pharma or other field-sales environments, will be preferred. A hands-on HR professional who can effectively balance business requirements, employee needs and HR processes while working closely with Sales leadership and frontline teams.
