Job summary

Pakka Limited in Faizabad, India, is seeking a Business Development Lead to scale its sustainable flexible packaging business. You will own growth across customers, product development, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and supply chain to turn an innovative product into a category-defining offering.

The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to work across sales, product, operations, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Business, Marketing or related field.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• 4–7 years of experience in flexible packaging or related packaging industries.
• Exposure to sustainable packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Pakka's flexible packaging business.
• Build strong relationships with brands, converters, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and develop winning go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with R&D and operations teams to commercialize new products and applications.
• Lead customer trials, product adoption, and commercialization efforts.
• Build the ecosystem required to scale the business, including supply chain and strategic partnerships.
• Continuously gather market insights and customer feedback to shape product and business strategy.
