Job summary

Richmee Fintech Pvt Ltd in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, is seeking a Sales/Business Development leader to head the in-house Sales/RM team and drive revenue growth. You will own targets, design strategies, and monitor the sales pipeline while collaborating with the Research & Investment team to seize market opportunities.

The role requires 5–15 years of relevant experience in BFSI or financial services, strong leadership and communication skills, and a CFA/NISM or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 5 to 15 years of relevant Sales/BD experience in BFSI or financial services.
• Proven experience in sales-team leadership and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Stocks, Wealth/Portfolio Management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• NISM/CFA or relevant financial-market certification is an advantage.
• Investment/research knowledge plus sales leadership is highly preferred.
