Apexwebsoft in Noida is seeking a sales-oriented fresher to gain hands-on exposure to international clients. You will learn to understand client needs, support lead generation, and contribute to proposals under guidance.

The role offers mentorship from the CEO, training in objection handling, pitching, and closing, with 5-day workweeks. Freshers welcome.

Qualifications

• Foundational sales skills and an interest in learning structured sales processes.
• Able to train and learn continuously, open to feedback and training programs.
• Interest in digital marketing, web development, or IT services is helpful.
• Business/Marketing/Commerce degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with office tools and willing to learn CRM.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead generation via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups under senior guidance.
• Help prepare tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain lead and client records in CRM/tracking tools.
• Coordinate with SEO, web development, and PPC teams to explain services to prospects.
• Join sales training to improve objection handling, pitching, and closing.
• Support customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation through outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups under senior guidance.
• Learn to understand client requirements and help prepare tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM/tracking tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, web development, PPC) to understand service offerings and communicate them effectively to prospects.
• Participate in sales training sessions to build skills in objection handling, pitching, and closing.
• Support customer service activities to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities, with an interest in learning structured sales processes and pipeline management.
• Capacity for training and continuous learning, including openness to feedback and participation in structured sales training programs.
• Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing, website development, or IT services is beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and willingness to learn CRM software.
