Smart Wealth Financial Services Llp in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a dynamic Channel Sales professional to develop retailers, dealers, and distributor networks across the region. You will onboard new partners, drive revenue growth, and ensure strong market penetration among Florists, event & decoration segments, and related stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in urban/semi-urban channel sales in Agri-inputs / adhesives / paint / Event & Decoration products or similar industries will be preferred.
• Strong field-level sales experience with channel development and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong network of retailers, dealers, and distributors in Karnataka.
• Drive sales growth by onboarding new channel partners as required by the business.
• Ensure market penetration by expanding the presence of company products among cut-flower wholesalers & florists, event/decor/wedding industry, and related stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize sales efforts.
• Collaborate with supply chain and marketing to optimize product availability and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned region.
• Conduct regular field visits to support and train channel partners, ensuring product knowledge and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Drive sales growth by identifying and onboarding new channel partners, as required by the business.
3. Ensure market penetration by building relationships and expanding the presence of company products among the cut-flower wholesalers & Florists, event / decoration / wedding industry, and associated stake holders
4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize sales efforts.
5. Work closely with the supply chain and marketing teams to optimize product availability and promotional activities.
6. Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth in the assigned region.
7. Conduct regular field visits to support and train channel partners, ensuring product knowledge and brand positioning.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Industry Preference:

1. Candidates from urban / semi-urban channel sales in Agri-inputs / Adhesives / Paint / Event & Decoration products, or similar industries will be preferred if they have demonstrated experience in managing dealer & distributor networks.
2. Strong field-level sales experience, with a track record of channel development and market expansion.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
