Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive Home Loan and LAP business in Jaipur. You will build a strong network with Builders, DSAs, and DST channels and manage relationships to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in home loan or LAP sales and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. MBA is preferred, with a solid understanding of the Jaipur real estate market and mortgage products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship handling.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close mortgage product deals.
• Experience with channel partners such as builders, DSAs and DSTs.

Responsibilities

• Source and generate Home Loan and LAP business through Builder, DSA, DST and referral channels.
• Build and strengthen relationships with builders, channel partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
• Achieve monthly business, sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Guide customers through the loan journey for a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for faster processing.
• Track local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Good understanding of mortgage products and the Jaipur real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on targets and business growth.
