Job summary

MYOP LLP is recruiting for a full-time retail associate at Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, Delhi. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help them choose the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

You should have a graduate background with 2 years of retail sales experience or freshers are welcome. Strong communication and multilingual abilities are a plus, with a passion for sales and excellent time management expected.

Responsibilities

• Work toward monthly and daily targets.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Adhere to SOP at store and store etiquette/timings.
• Invite customers to outlet and introduce MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present products and assist customers in choosing perfumes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising; complete daily checklists and stock requests.
• Validate and receive stock and handle customer complaints as needed.
