Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a Sales Associate for our Hyderabad store to help meet monthly and daily targets. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, and assist with stock management while upholding store standards and SOPs.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in multiple languages, and a passion for sales. Freshers are welcome; 0-1 year of retail experience is suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Store cleanliness and merchandising.

• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required.
