Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] invites applications for a full-time sales associate at our Phoenix Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad outlet. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help them identify the right perfume while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes achieving daily/monthly targets, delivering high customer satisfaction, and supporting stock management, merchandising, and promotional activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates, 2 years experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and passion towards sales.
• Must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.

Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline

Key Task

• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
