Job summary

RECEX Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a dynamic Direct Sales professional to drive sales of residential real estate. You will generate leads, meet prospective customers, understand requirements, and conduct property presentations and site visits to convert leads into bookings.

You will follow up with prospects, build relationships, negotiate deals, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures while aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales of residential real estate.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through direct sales, references, walk-ins, and other sources.

• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
